Pleasurable Positions

Hi Sasha, What are some of the better positions to satisfy a woman?

Now this is a great question! I like a man who is committed to satisfying his woman in bed! It’s all about the give and take.

Before we get into positions, let me start by saying foreplay is key to a satisfying night of passion with your lady. Now there are the few times when a girl will want to skip the preview and get straight to the main attraction, but that is definitely rare. In order for most women to achieve an orgasm, they need to be stimulated for a while before intercourse actually begins. (Studies have shown that the majority of women only climax 35% of the time during intercourse in comparison to 70% of the time during oral sex. Shocking, I know!)

With that saddening statistic in mind, there are a few ways to stimulate your partner before intercourse to get her to the finish line.

  • Oral sex: Here is the truth guys, most women like oral, you know you like oral, so no excuses, go big or go home.
  • Sex toys: Please do not be THAT guy who is opposed to bringing toys into the bedroom. Do not take it as a personal insult to your masculinity, because it really is not. It is not supposed to offend; it is supposed to be of help to you. If you truly care about the woman you are having sex with, then you will do what it takes to make sure she orgasms as often as possible. If you are not comfortable with bringing a super crazy toy into the mix, then start with something small. There are many vibrators that are small, and unobtrusive to the eye. Plus, going to the sex toy store together serves as a bit of foreplay in itself. Go together and have fun with it!

Once you have your lady to the point where she needs you to inside of her, here are some positions that help to reach a woman’s “G” spot.

  • Missionary with a tilt: Missionary is already a position that is satisfying, and is intimate, but there are ways to make it as pleasurable as possible. Take a couple of pillows and place them under your partner’s bottom (booty, buttocks, sweet ass). This will tilt her pelvis upwards, and allow your penis to hit her G spot. If you don’t want to take the time to place the pillows underneath her, you can also use your hands to slightly raise her pelvic area upward.
  • Her on top: When a woman is on top during sex it allows her to control how her pelvis moves. It also allows the woman to position herself in a way that stimulates her clitoris. As you know, it can get tiring to be on top, so use your hands to help sustain her rhythm.
  • Legs closed: This is another rendition of the missionary position. Once you are inside of her, have her gently close her legs, and bring yours to the outside of hers. Shift your pelvis towards her to create extra pressure and allow clitoral stimulation.
  • Bring sexy from the back: This is a popular position, known to some as “doggie style.” This is where the man enters the woman from behind. There are a lot of reasons why this position is popular, as it allows the man to penetrate deep inside of a woman. It also allows the woman to have her hands free to stimulate herself, or for the man to stimulate her while also penetrating. This is a great time to bring the sex toy back into the mix!
  • Legs in the air: Another way for deep penetration to occur is to have the woman lean her legs on your shoulders. This position is great for her, but be careful not to get to powerful with the thrusting. Since it allows for such deep penetration, it is important to not push too deep. She will let you know if you are hurting her, but you should also be aware of your rhythm. Pay attention to her feedback; remember sex is 90% communication!
  • Lubricant: It is important that a woman is well lubricated during sex, or it will begin to hurt her. While it is possible to get a woman lubricated enough to begin sexual activity, it is crucial that she stays that way during the duration of sex. Go to the store and pick up some lubricant, it will make sex more pleasurable for both of you! (I recommend Wet, it can be purchased at Walgreen’s for $7.99, and happens to be a great product)

Well Bill, I hope this helps! Thanks again for writing in!

Lots of Love,

Sasha
